Day 26 - The Plan day 8, bread

We had lots of rain in the night and the wind has finally died down. It turned into a beautiful day with a good forecast so DH took the boat out for an overnight trip.
I got caught up on cleaning and laundry and then curled up with a book and a pot of tea in my sunny spot.

Meals for the day:

Breakfast - flax seed granola with blueberries and a splash of coconut milk, dandelion tea

Lunch - tortilla with green salad with 1 oz goat cheese (chevre) and pumpkin seeds and half a pear

Snack - carrots and hummus, 1 oz of 72% dark chocolate and a pot of tea.

Dinner - 3 oz chicken, broccoli and a side salad
