I remember when the physical test was a requirment in gym. Our elementary teacher was so into all that. Not only was he a teacher he was also the boys track coach and the assistant varsity footcall coach. We had to the sit ups push ups and what every else we had to do. No matter what he would push us and be proud. Now a days they have a hard time with that. Victoria was so excited when she told me that they have to run for 4 min. and she was able to do it with out stopping.

I can also remember in high school and being over weight and being able to do some running and not stopping in front of my brothers friends and my classmates that were there. My dad was the girls track and cross country coach so it was not easy for me. He expected to do more than the others. In track I did the discusses and shot put and ran some. At the end of the season for league meet. I had to do the 2 mile( which is 8 laps around the track). Thank god I had good support because I was ready to quit when it started, I have to smile when I think of it cause it made me feel good to be able to do a good job and help the team.

The thing I am most proud of is that being over weight didn't stop from doing sports and I am glad that I did them. I am hoping that my daughter has the same experince that I did and she enjoys the sports. I am glad that I had supporting parents who no matter what
they were at every meet concert or whatever we were in and that made a big difference. I can't wait to start going to Victoria's stuff.

Well that's it for tonight I hope everyone has a great night.

I miss those concerts that my children were in, but now I go to my granddaughters. I agree that it is very important.
