Day 5 of triathlon training

Well I've followed the plan and then added a hill home.
This morning started of with a 1:30 swim. We did drills and then we did a two different sets of 2x 400. The slow guy that likes to take the lead and frustrates the heck out of me moved into a faster lane. HA I was so happy. I was able to just GO!!!!! and GO I did. I was so tired by the time I got done. I never had time to stop and see what he was doing/not doing in the faster lane.
After swimming it was weekly grocery shopping and then food prep, and laundry.
At 1:00 pm we got on our bike start our bike ride. It called for a 20 mile ride on flat. We got that and then had to get home... that was UP HILL. In the end I got a 26 mile bike ride done in 2:15 that include a few short stops along the way. Now I know my bike ride base time. :)
Hot tub and getting ready for tomorrow SKI day! Woo whoo.
