Saturday and I had the day off! emoticon

Snow outside and I slept in. Felt so good,after not sleeping well, earlier in the week.

Lot's of energy and I flew around the house rearranging, doing laundry, washing walls and trim,
even got things done in the attic! (That doesn't happen very often.) emoticon
Spent a good part of the day humming and singing made up stuff. emoticon I am in a very good mood!

Ate very healthy..sorry did not take photos, today.

Oatmeal with flaxseed emoticon
green tea, with cayenne, ginger and honey emoticon
coffee...half the caffeine with skim milk emoticon
salad with avocado, lettuce, mozzarella ,turkey bacon, balsamic vinegar and olive oil emoticon
1 small slice homemade cheese pizza, with whole wheat crust. emoticon
chili, that I just pulled from the freezer, 1/4 cup of rice. emoticon
Now I will go for an apple and I am done for the night! emoticon

Workouts were good, too!

Took the Spark pushup test and did 50, without stopping, then 4 more, before the minute was done. emoticon
Wow! That felt great!
I also lifted weights, emoticon did a cardio emoticon workout and even though I did not go to Mama's today for the bike, I got down on the floor and spun while lying on my back. Whew! emoticon That is some good stuff, so I count it as a continuation of my streak! Day 18. emoticon
