Last week, still good on tracking nutrition. Tracked six days out of seven, as planned.

Not as good on exercise. Two days out of seven, instead of the five I am aiming for. Still, not upset or anything, it is progress from the week before, and I knew going in that getting in the habit of exercising regularly is one of my biggest challenges. If I can add one day a week, I will get there all the same, and if I can get there faster, so much the better.

A little more good news, on my weigh in yesterday, I discovered that I am already down 1.5 pounds. So excited about that, only 3.5 more pounds to my first reward!!
