Don't worry about your Spark friends. We'll be fine. Take care of yourself and we'll be praying for a good outcome for you. This is a time of stress for you--a time when it's tempting to make unhealthy choices. So do get enough rest, keep up your liquids and healthy food choices, do a little bit of regular exercise each day--at least 10 minutes--and remember that you are not in this alone.
