Week 1: Day 1

Last night I went to a party and after looking at pictures I have realized how losing weight now is a must. I want to lose 18 pounds by the time Picture Day for dance rolls around which is in 16 weeks so this is definitely achievable. I have to remember that every moment is a choice.
Last time I weighed in (a couple days ago) I was 153. I will weigh in tomorrow and make Sunday my weigh in day. I had so much to drink last night though so it won't be pretty.
I can't decide how often I should weigh in. I'm thinking once a week although every day makes me eat healthier.
