Moving in the wrong direction

So, I've moved my working out at lunch up to 20 minutes, then my after dinner to 20 minutes as well. I've added arm circles and crunches to both work outs, plus my stretches. I do about 10 minutes of belly-dance practice in the morning. I'm trying to work my way up to 30 minute work outs twice a day, starting with upping the amount of time I do at night first.
About half the time I eat right. I have my salads, veggie snacks and Source Of Life Energy Shakes (yum!) But the other half of the time I'm eating out (missed a goal there, no eating out this week) or eating too much... My wonderful hubby is as awesome cook, but he does not cook very healthy.
So I've got my exercise right on track, now I need to get my diet there too. It's not like I have to force myself to eat veggies, I love them! But eating out is one of my weaknesses and I've not been very good at saying no this last week. I'm up another 2 pounds... I'm moving in the wrong direction. I gained 2 pounds this week.
This next week I've moved all the money I had that i could use for eating out, so no more of that, not even going to get a candy bar, keeping granola bars on hand. I made home made bread this last week, which I love to have with honey, this keeps my sweet tooth at bay, so may do that again. I'm going to start using a ramekin instead of a bowl (accept for salads) and using the small plates instead of the normal size ones. Must eat smaller portions! I'm going to try my best to eat my salad at dinner, since that should be my largest meal, and eat fruit and veggies for lunch with my shake, a banana for breakfast and bread when I need a sweet treat.
Goals for this week:
Continue working out 2x daily: Get 2nd workout up to 30 minutes
No eating out!
Keep diet within calorie range
Add flutter kicks to workout
I have high expectations for this next week! I'm gonna make it happen!! On the bright side, I lost 1/2 an inch off of my hips and thighs :)
