Nine days

I have actually been successfully tracking my calories (and making it within my limit) for NINE DAYS! This is a major milestone for me. I haven't been able to do this in I-don't-know-how-long.

I'm heading on a business trip next week and have high hopes for my success there (I usually do pretty well when I'm in the mountains). I can't believe it! The LBs are not falling off just yet, but especially since I've been too sick to really work out hard, I'm not sweating it. (Ha, no pun intended.)
