Day Five of Choice

I ate a small order of French fries last night with dinner and felt satisfied. This is fantastic because I am a known "potato hawk" and will swoop down on anything potato to gobble it up. I just made sure that my order had less impact on my food intake, and the scale was friendly this morning. I think running one mile helped yesterday. Today's cardio will be walking, and I think that will take care of exercise for me for the day. My regret is that I forgot to omit the onions on my junior burger, so my tummy isn't one hundred percent proud of me right now. Chewing gum and keeping moving helps. ¡Ciao!
