I would like to point out something rather exciting:

Last August, when I started my first BLC with the 20 somethings group these were my stats:

Mile time: 20+ minutes
Situps in 1 minute: 15 (POORLY formed)
Pushups in 1 minute: 10 (at the knee-and half-assedly completed)
and all of my measurements together were 280 inches.

I am starting my next BLC right now (this time as a group leader) and here are my new stats as of today:

Mile time: 13:45
Situps in 1 minute: 24 (cross-fit style with legs butterflied and full extension from overhead to toes)
Pushups in 1 minute : 30 (at the knee-but with much better form!)
and all of my measurements together are 261 inches

I guess that's what happens when you lose 50 pounds...I hadn't really fully appreciated it until I saw those numbers today. :) Here's to the next 50! :D

    Wonderful job! I went the opposite way and it took me a little over 13 to complete the mile. So you're catching up to me :-) I'll have to keep running (or finding time to) I hope it stays light more often!
