Another day

I went over my calories and such today. I would LOVE to blame Macaroni Grill and their yumminess, but really, I can't and I know this. In order to get where I want to be, I must put more self control in to practice. This will be hard this weekend, as I'm going to my sister's and this invariably leads to a junk food fest. However, one of the main reasons I'm driving up is to help her get on a good eating plan. I intend to use this a stepping stone for both of us. I am crafty and good in the kitchen, so I'm gonna come up with some amazing munchie food ideas.

Thank goodness I am a water junkie. I easily get all my water in every day because that's usually all I want. I also bought a new Tervis tumbler, and it's amazing. Now I have one coffee for my morning commute, and the one for water during the day.

Let's continue to do this! It IS attainable!
