I am not exactly sure when it happened but sometime in the middle of the night a light bulb went off and I realized the concept of eating more to lose weight. My calore range is between 1210-1560 in most cases I don't eat that much but what became clear is I can eat quite a bit within that range if I am eating the right things.

In the past one meal would consists of more than my calorie range which lead to me being on this journey. Now I make better food choices and often times find myself not eating enough of my allotted calories.......WOW.....

Not eating enough.....who would have thought

I also realized that 1pound is @3500 calories, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know all those calories gave me the frustrating relationship with the day at a time

    Sometimes I end up not eating enough too. It's amazing how calories actually work.

    Hard concept to grab, but it really works! It's all about the quality of those calories.
