Week 3 of SP

So here we are. Three weeks in. SparkCoach is keeping it interesting. I've actually been doing the action steps and learning even more than I thought I would.

I've been losing weight for a while now I guess. I started hiking in November and didn't even realize I was dropping pounds. I got on a scale around Thanksgiving and I was 145. Christmas I was 141. New Years I was 139. Now I am 134.

I can lose all the weight in the world and it won't make a difference. I need to focus on building strength. If I work my muscles I can look and feel better.
