Decade Goal Day 5

Skipped the walk because of the rain but did go to Pilates last night. Got in 4 stairs breaks. Had a mostly healthy dinner. Had no sugar/sweets. Had only 3700 steps.

Got in a bit of a walk this morning, but have actually been busy at work so haven't taken the stairs breaks yet. Gonna go do that now. Aiming to top 4000 steps again today.

I signed up for the Run or Dye 5k in March. If I want to walk it, I don't need to train. But if I want to walk it fast and/or be able to jog some of it, I need to train. I think I should challenge myself, so I'll plan on walking 5k this weekend, and jogging some of it and see how I do. Add in walking daily like I'm supposed to be and want to be, with the jogging on the weekends I should be in better shape (and lighter!) by March 16th. :)
