Found My Fun =)

DANCING! I've always loved to dance. Although for some reason, the majority of the population seems to think that a fat person dancing is cause for ridicule. They think nothing of making rude statements. Just look at Kirstie Alley when she was on Dancing with the Stars, which I don't watch but heard the nasty, malicious comments from late night comics, to morning news anchors. Anyway, I love to dance. I even have a CD burned that says, "my dancing songs", but never gave it a thought to use it as an encouragement for exercise....until today.

I have a very small house, less than 800 sq ft., no basement or attic space, so I do have a lot of clutter because I don't have anywhere to put STUFF. But in my small area, I danced. And while I danced, I used my free weights, I did my stretches, and I used my, brand spanking new, exercise ball. As I'm typing this, the CD is still going and it's currently playing Justin Timberlake's "(I'm Bringing) Sexy Back." Now, I don't know about you, but when I hear songs with a great beat, I can't help but move. So regardless of how ridiculous I look, I found my exercise. It's dancing and it's FUN!

Granted, later on or tomorrow my back may remind me that I can't dance like I want but if I have to I'll just not swing these hips as much =) But, stop dancing? Nope!

And now, for your enjoyment, and I hope you will be able to read it. I found this while looking for a photo to use for today. I wonder what the miracle medicine was, cocaine? It completely cracked me up. Laughter is also good, for the body and for the soul.

Great article! :) Dancing is an awesome form of exercise, and yes, it's even in the trackers! :) Who cares what a person looks like when they're dancing? Who cares if they say stupid things about it? I've seen skinny people dance before and thought they needed lessons! LOL! Keep dancin'! HUGS!

    Probably was cocaine!
if you can get a clean, medically sound version of amphetamines, they can work wonders on weight loss and mood and energy. In the right dosage. Otherwise you think you're superman and jump off of buildings.

    Dancing is better. emoticon
