I've been staying away from the bread still, this makes nearly a month now and I don't miss it one bit. My body is a lot happier. My current downfall.....natural peanut butter. It's one of those PMS things I believe, but it's certainly better in my eyes than binging on something full of sugar and chocolate. I don't get that nasty gross feeling from it, although my gall bladder does not seem to enjoy it as much as I do. I've finally dropped below 200lbs again, it's up and down at the moment, but once that lovely bloating goes away I'll be good.

Kettlebells. Oh my goodness, you do not feel it while you are doing it. No, you feel it the day AFTER. My mate got me the Kettleworx DVD and stuff for Christmas, only a 5lb weight, but it's the moves that are killing me right now. Squats, and lunges, and assorted other exercises. It doesn't STOP for 20-30 min. I did the core workout, only on week one yesterday morning, and today, I ache all over despite a warm up, cool down and stretching. I love it though. It's something totally different than what I was doing. I'm going to combine this with running and then cycling in the spring when I start training for the Tour de Cure again.

So at this moment, life is good.
