I live in Central Pennsylvania and boy is it cold here this week! We've had highs around 21 degrees. Needless to say, getting up in the morning in such cold weather with stiff joints in the morning is not working out too well. Fortunately I have access to a treadmill at home which works in a pinch, but I'm just not a fan. I did 3/4 of Coach Nicole's 500 calorie workout on Tuesday, but then yesterday my poor body just was not having it. I still did a decent workout going 4 mph at a 5% incline for 25 minutes plus some warm up and cool down.

Today I was brave and went back out into the freezing cold to get to the gym. I absolutely adore Planet Fitness where I've been a member for a few years now. I got right back into gear on my stairclimber/glider and even did some stability ball crunches and arm weights.

Despite the chill I felt going out now I am a much happier girl for having gone.
