Day 11: What Can I Say?

Ok so today sucked. I didn't work out and didn't stay in my range. I have a whole list of things that went wrong today including my other computer (the one with the cam) went out on me. So I can't vblog until I can fix it. Today isn't going well.

But tomorrow is another day right?

    Jason, Bad days happen to all of us. Just get back up shake yourself and get back to your goals. Being over won't sabotage your weight lose journey unless you let it. Just continue to monitor your food intake and continue to work out. Keep drinking plenty of water. It will help rid the body of the waste from fat and metabolic waste. You are very motivated and doing a great job. Just keep it up, the emoticon emoticon scales will reflect your hard work.

    Moment by moment. Like LJ said, just start right now and make better choices. If you were on vacation and you got lost, you would find the right direction as soon as possible so you could be on your way to your designation. Same with your weight loss journey. emoticon
