Staying Motivated

Day 24 of my workout streak and Beginning of week 2 of BLC21: So this week I didn't see much of a move in scale-wise and that was sort of bummer with it being the 1st week of BLC21, but it did move and I have seen a number of NSVs this week. So one of my goals for BLC was to have at least one NSV a week, so without further adieu:
1. I can now wear comfortably a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear since before I was pregnant with the youngest -- nearly 2 years ago.

2. I have lots more energy during the day -- when I'm not sick. I was actually getting worried on Wednesday that I was hitting a wall in terms of being motivated because I had no desire to do any exercise and I was extremely tired. I just barely got in a 20-minute cardio workout and collapsed on the couch to wake up about an hour later with a terrible cold. I was actually glad that I was sick, because at least that explained the complete lack of motivation or energy to do anything.

Well, it's on to week 2 emoticon !
