Well here I am again.

Almost the end of January and still plugging along. Trying to stay busier now that I'm finally over the 3 week FLU BUG!!! Busy means activity, movement, exercise through cleaning, and working harder at local food pantry. It is sooooooooo cold here in Maine that just shivering you can burn a good mile of calories!! Trying to eat healthier rather than trying to DIET with strict food choices. More water and sugar free beverages, less coffee and less carbs. Can't wait for SPRING! OK OK I realize that here in Maine, that is still 3 months or so away!! :( Hey Im 61 and my body is feeling the cold penetrate my bones!!
My new cat MOXXIE is becoming more comfortable with us. We got her about 5 months ago from the local Humane Society. She was 3.5 yrs old. She will be 4 yrs old in March and is a Maine Coon of sorts. She is still skittish but slowly making herself at home and more personable each and every day. I've been working alot lately on my family Ancestry. My brother has cancer and has not long to live. The last of my original family. My cousin and I decided we had better get to gathering the family history and get it written down. No one else in our family and extended family is showing any interest. Anyway, I'm finding it alot of fun except I cannot afford the $77 dollars to get the info I need on Anyone have any suggestions? Also, any motive suggestions?
Also I bought the SparksPeople Cookbook on my KINDLE but cannot find the CODE on it so I can get my SPARKS 500 points. Anyone know what I can do? Awaiting your replys and Comments everyone!!
