Pull Up Challenge

The challenge this week for my gym's Team Fitness Challenge is how many assisted or unassisted pull ups you can do in 1 minute. Unassisted isn't even an option that would be an automatic 0 for me. I heard that you are supposed to set it at 1/3 your weight. Even that will be a huge challenge. When I have used the machine in the past, trust me, I have definitely off-set my weight much closer to 1/2. The good thing is that it doesn't matter how many you do, just that you attempt to do them. Hopefully, this won't be too humiliating.

    Good for you! It's hard to do something outside our comfort zone.

    Regardless of your results, think of it as your starting point - you can only go up from there!
