Well its been said many times before......as the weight comes off the better you feel....its true, to date its 7lbs but I feel much better I think most of the credit goes to exercise and healthier eating changes. I don't the need to sit or sleep as much. After a good workout though I am still a little sore I am able to get other things done around the house besides laying around watching TV
Its a struggle to get out and go to the gym but feeling better one day at a time is more rewarding thanany television show!!!!
I will keep pushing this journey is long from over
