Protein, fiber and water does help. :) The best way to get started is just do it. I know you can! Maybe start by walking around the house or an easy Spark video. I used to be tired all of the time myself. But once I started cutting back on white carbohydrates and eating more protein and fiber, started getting a lot more water intake and started moving a little, I had more energy and felt better. Getting started is always difficult, but it does get easier! 2126 days ago
