Decade Goal Day 4

Ok, I only walked stairs like 2 or 3 times yesterday. Cuz I discovered it made my head worse. So I mostly sat still and tried to work and didn't worry about it. Only 2300 steps. But my head is mostly better today, and I have a walk planned this afternoon. I did eat really well yesterday, and am on track to do the same today. After cookies Monday and cookie dough Sunday, I haven't had any sweets the last 2 days either (or for the 3 days prior to that). I also have Pilates tonight, which is good. Now, it's time to go walk those stairs again!
