went to dr yesterday about my asthma but all we talked about

was my weight. I told her i am eating clean 90 percent of time and have doubled workouts and was wondering about hormone imbalance hcg diet programs ect. She said
you may have doubled your workout but its not enough you KNOW what to do to lose weight you have done it. Don't waste your money do what you know you have to.

wow i realized i am always looking for an excuse. Ok so 1 hour of areobics and 2 hours of yoga a week isnt enough i bowl and have a pretty full life. i also realized i don't do anything EVERY SINGLE day phsyically and always use the injury of my knees as my excuse. OK so i started daily walking and wound up with a swollen knee i could do something else. I need to stop making excuses and just do it. Sigh. Read wheat belly and it makes sense. I don't eat a lot of meat and he advocates meat and veggies little else i will try it and see some friends of mine say its wonderful.

    Keep trying and don't give up. You will find that" thing" that turns on that "weight-loss" button. Good luck.
