I attached a note to my food tracker this morning: thought I'd share...

emoticon The silly little things we do to keep ourselves on track; so, here it is...

Two day's in a row I've eaten and tracked my last meal the next morning; guess that means I'm eating dinner for breakfast, and breakfast for lunch and .. I guess as long as its working and not leaving me hungry or over in my calorie range, I'm good with it! LOL! emoticon emoticon Oysters and crackers [yesterday] for breakfast and this morning I had popcorn and almonds... guess it's a little like faking it until you make it... emoticon

I use to eat sardines on crackers and still do at times. YUM! My grandpa started me eating them. When we would go fishing he would have them along for a snack...It's funny how things get started in life. Oysters are good for you! I eat them at times to. emoticon

what works for you . is the plan . we are all different . not the same and what works for me might not work for you . so we have to play it by ear sort of .

You must not know that you can set what day you want to track, so you can go back to previous days to fill them in if you miss something. Right up there where it shows what the tracking day is, there are little forward and backward arrows. There is also a little bar beneath the date that says "Change the day for tracking food". That will give you a drop down calendar that lets you choose what day you want to look at.

I use this a lot when I eat the same thing for a meal another day. I just use the Copy this meal feature.

    Hope this helps.

What ever it takes to make it work is ok in my book , but Oysters and crackers would be a little hard to get down anytime let alone in the morning...... emoticon
