I am going to look to ensure that I'm not wasting time. This morning, I will park quickly and walk in rather than circling the lot looking for a "good spot"
As for the sweet tooth challenging, I am noticing that I crave sweets at about 10 am if I don't have breakfast. I also crave sweets at about 3 pm, but also when I feel bored, stressed, or in need of escape. Yesterday I added a walk, although I still had my afternoon sweet snack.
