The flu has left the house! Yay!!
We are all back on our feet and working at 100 percent...what a relief to be back!

In other news my weight is at a stand still, not moving one way or the other, been stuck here for months now. I am pretty sure I know why and that is less activity lately, between running my son to the hockey rink after school or my daughter to music lessons after school during the week and then hockey games and tournaments on the each and every weekend since November my days/weeks/month goes pretty fast. If I am being honest I am not much of a morning workout person either, I like to workout at night when everyone else is in bed.

I also don't think downhill skiing is much of a workout except maybe for the downhill part when your thighs start to burn but the uphill part is a piece of cake...sitting on that chair lift is pretty relaxing.

Maybe it is time to dust off the Wii fit and get in my workout that way...

I do have a great workout playlist on my iPhone so I think it is time to break it in!

    Hi Cole, if that is a picture of your ski hill, where is everybody? Even if skiing isn't much of a calorie burner, you are still out and active and that is good. How about an indoor bike. You can buy a secure 'stand' for your regular bike, that is placed under the back wheel, so that you can do some interval training in your very own home? The Wii works well too, of course. ;) emoticon emoticon emoticon
