its not a change of pace--this time ill get it right.

not much to report today.

pretty good day.
i did c25k week three, day two.
biked for 30 minutes and walked for an hour.

did abs/arms/legs strength training.

arms: 30 exercises, 10 reps with 25lb kettlebell. 15 exercises, 10 reps with fitstik.
abs: 25 exercises, 20 reps. 25 exercises, 10 reps on bosu ball.
legs: 25 exercises, 10 reps. 25 exercises, 10 reps on bosu ball.

i also did 12 exercises for legs 100 times each. variations of lunges, squats, clenches, calf raises, etc.
and 10 exercises for 50 times of various arm exercises--tricep dips, pushups, etc.
and 5 exercises on the stability ball, 10 reps, for abs.

i weighed in early. im trying to not focus on loss right now since i dont want to have to get dress altered so im trying to not put as much emphasis on the number. i weighed in early at 154. same as yesterday but thats okay.

im ending up at 1200 calories, 25 grams carbs.
i had zucchini, though, and also eggplant. the eggplant wasnt terrible. but i did use less than called for for the calories and carbs because apparently eggplant is pretty darn light! and there was a ton of it and i wasnt even half to what i was supposed to be getting. [100grams.]

thats about it for the day.
