last of the strawberry low fat yogurt-thank goodness I was getting really sick of it!
last of chicken low sodium cold cuts (2 pieces)
about one serving of the bolthouse berry boost smoothie
Vitacake fudgy chocolate (50 cal)-so much better than their brownie for 100 cal
baby spinach with steamed chicken

I've been so irritable this week and then realized that -that lovely time is almost here and I was really craving junk-but I had some bolthouse chocolate protein shake and that seemed to satiate my cravings.

I had a frozen dinner-a meatless sesame chicken -i think its called lightlife

Reading back on the list I feel like I ate a lot-I don't know-
I also did no exercise today-well besides my usual do whatever I can with baby in my arms stuff.

I NEED to work on my water intake-some days I do so good but then I find that I'm in the bathroom every two minutes-I feel like if I could just get use to the large intake of water then my body will be able to process it better-I need to get it under control before I go back to work in August. I know that seems like a doable thing sometimes I dont know how but I go almost the entire day without drinking anything-why is it so hard??!

Re: comment on my blog: They do both, but it's mostly inside stuff. They all live in the same building on campus, and there is a small, private campus rock wall on their floor (not by coincidence!) so they climb there. It's small but they just redid all of the climbs (put new wall up, cleaned the holds, marked new climbs) so while there isn't a lot of space it provides a wide range of difficulties and hours of climbing :P

Don't worry about having inactive days. It happens. It's normal And so is eating a bit more. Eat what you want, when you want, when you are hungry, and stop when you are full- some days, you just need some chocolate ;)
