Anti-procrastination Day

My Day: Another positive day at work. It was hectic, but I did get everything done. I’m actually trying some of the FlyLady techniques at work, such as Declutter for 15 minutes, listing things in priority, no negative self-talk allowed. Between FlyLady and The Secret, I feel like I’ve accomplished so much more and I’m not freaking out at the last minute. It helps having the holidays over. Tomorrow is a kick-back day. It’s time to clear out the top drawer of the file cabinet and order pumpkins (not a typo) for Halloween. Jumbo, pie and mini’s. White, orange and PINK ones!

My Diet: I am still eating sensibly. I admit I haven’t been logging my food but I am fairly sure I’m in calorie range. I’m blogging, posting positive points on facebook, spinning that wheel, huddling with my groups. Still no exercise. I can come up with every excuse but there really isn’t one. I weigh in on Saturday. My weight may be the motivation I need to kick start my exercise.

My Resolution: FlyLady says it’s Anti-procrastination day. I am looking at a hot spot right now that has turned into a 4 alarm fire …. That is the top of my desk. I’m choosing that as my anti-procrastination mission.

The Positive Attitude, no negative self-talk (The Secret) has been working at home as well. I was discussing this with my mother on the phone. Remember my anxiety around the mailbox? The song Money Money Money … in my mail box? Mail box was empty. Since having a positive focus on that, no bills for me have arrived. Suprize or otherwise! Don’t know why, Don’t know how .. but I know it, Like I know it, Like I KNOW it!
