Decade Goal Day 3

I didn't get the lunch walk in yesterday, and I also got special dinner out with my folks so I ate way too much. I did get 25 flights of stairs in with all my step breaks and over 4000 steps.
Today I will eat better and keep doing stair breaks once an hour. I doubt I'll get the walk in. I think I need to do that first thing in the morning if I want it to happen. That's been the case with me for exercise before so it's no surprise. Hopefully tomorrow. Today, I'm only trying to do stair breaks. Cuz as I said above, Migraines Suck and I feel cruddy.
