over done it?

I have really been working out. Today I feel like a whipped puppy. My crack is sore from riding the bike 40 minutes. I thought since I'd gotten used to the thirty minutes anoter 10 wouldn't matter. I was wrong. My hip is sore from walking to much. I think I'd better take it easy today and get back into the grove tomorrow.

    So sorry to here that you are so stiff. Try just doing some stretches today that usually helps. I did a 4 mile walk yesterday and my hips know it today so I did some stretches and it helped so I could do a walk this morning. Great job on the 40 minute workout yesterday. emoticon
