What I learned from the January challenge

I learned that up until now I was trying and succeeding at weight loss BUT I could be digging deeper and trying harder. I found out I won't break and I am tougher then I give myself credit for. EVERY day in January so far I have exercised and pushed myself in some way even if just a little, and I am not sick, I am not injured, I got tired but with rest I am fine every time. I am proud of who I am becoming and proud of the feeling after each accomplishment. Love and support helps a lot too, but in the end what really matters is how you feel about you and all your work and how you feel about your life. So glad I took on and really committed to the January challenge...
