Back on Track

Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Yesterday for those who read it, saw a glimpse of the inner turmoil with which I struggle. I must say, I am sorry. I was having a bad day emoticon and let it out into words.

But, after reading all your responses, and after ironically having slept very little last night, I am enthusiastically BACK ON TRACK. My daddy retired from the Chessie System, C&O Railroad, so I thought it fitting to use this photo as a representation of me getting back on track emoticon and why I also changed my user name.

I have already done 10 minutes of exercise with plans to do at least one more set later on today. My mindset was in the toilet yesterday and it affected my mood. So, the toilet's been flushed, the Engine's on track and I'm so happy to have you all, my virtual SparkBuddies! emoticon

watch out world! HERE I COME emoticon

It wouldn't be hard for me to have a bad day. I get so down about my career. Losing weight is the only thing I cling to for a purpose.

We all have bad days!!!! I'm so glad that you are feeling better today. I think it's very appropriate and fitting that you can use that picture to visualize getting back on track. So we'll get that engine moving and you'll be full steam ahead!

Stay as positive as possible. We all have struggles and negative days. Don't be too hard on yourself, get on track, and keep moving forward! I am proud of you! emoticon
