Feeling 75% Human and ready to get moving on my GOALS!!!

Finally feeling well again. I was able to sleep in my bed and get a decent night's rest. And I woke up MOTIVATED!!!!! Motivated to eat better, to sleep better, to take time for a little quiet mommy time and to MOVE MOVE MOVE!!! SO let go already.

Today's goals: continue to drink lots of water. I have been flooding my body with tons of water trying to move the gunk out from my virus so I need to continue that habit.

Throw the cookies away - enough said!!!!

Find a way to move a little - I don't think a hard session on the treadmill will work as I still cough pretty easily. But I do think I am ready for a little light exercise. Maybe some parking lot laps while Trevor rides his bike???
