Day #213 - Couldn't talk myself into it

emoticon 20 minutes and emoticon 33 minutes

No morning workout for me today. I just couldn't convince this body to get up. It's a little cool this morning, the bed was feeling warm and snuggly and I was just plain sleepy. I'm still struggling a bit falling asleep and last nite was no exception. I got in bed at 9:45 but didn't fall asleep until after midnight. I was truly tired yesterday after the gym and church. For me not to pull out my laptop and check my emails, blogs, is not normal. I folded a load of laundry I put on my bed before I left for work. I figured if I piled it on the bed I'd have no choice but to fold and put away in order to sleep there. It worked!!!

I ate a bit off my regular menus but not bad choices. I really got to get to the grocery store. Perhaps tonight. I had nothing to bring for breakfast. Well I had oatmeal and cereal but no milk. A 8 ounce cup of milk here at work cost too much, they charge the same amount for milk as they would if you got a cup of coffee $1.85. I refuse to's whole milk and that don't sit well in my tummy emoticon So I had toast and coffee. Don't know how long that's going to last, but I got some snacks.

Tomorrows weigh-in day. I plan to hit the gym after work and maybe put in some strength training when I get home. Can't let that slip. It's my plan to incorporate strength training in my morning workouts but since I didn't get my lazy bootay up, I got to get it in. Well that's it for me today, I hope you have/had a successful day.

    For some people, working out gives them too much energy and keeps them up for hours. Working out in the morning will probably help you get to bed at a reasonable hour. I know it is easier said than done. Good luck with weigh in tomorrow. I am sure it will be good.

    Sometimes out body's need to rest and we have to listen. Hope you feel better and jump right back into the swing of things.
