So I kept stressing out over whether or not I will reach my 10 pound weight loss goal by valentines day. So far I have lost 3 pounds. Needless to say my goal keeps looking further and further away. However if I break it down I have lost 1 pound a week since new year and I will not fuss over 52 pounds in a year. So looking at it from that perspective I am right on track. I would reach my goal by the end of 2013. I may not lose the 10 by Valentines but by Summer I should be 25 pounds lighter and I can live with that.
I had a great workout this morning I did 30 minutes on the bike (6.83 miles) and 15 minutes of circuit training. Then I did a Coach Nicole video. So I got almost an hour in. I am planning on getting another 1/2 hour this afternoon if all goes well while my daughter is at dance practice.
I turned on the best of the 80's this morning while doing circuit training and heard "She's a Maniac", "It Raining Men" and several more Flash Dance type songs. Needless to say I was smiling the whole time while breathlessly trying to sing while working out.
