I got on the scale this morning and was rewarded with a SMALLER number. :) It may be only 3lbs so far, but it's something to be proud of.
I've become more aware of the obstacles I need to overcome. One of them would be my boyfriend. Just because he thinks it's a good idea to eat doesn't mean that I have too. When I'm bored, food is not a good way to pass the time... doing something productive is. I started a new art project. Something i haven't done in a long time.
I haven't been as dedicated to the exercising as I would have liked. The whole idea of push-ups and crunches are repelling me. I did make myself do it twice, but I prefer getting a sweat up through cleaning or in an activity that produces an immediate result. So that turned into my work out of choice. Which with a couple of animals and boys to clean up after it's no small task. Especially when one of them in a mechanic and you are required to scrub your white bathroom down on a regular basis.
I was able to keep drinking at least 3 glasses of water a day and I did cook more. Which both William and his grandfather were amazed at. The best part was... it didn't taste too bad. Perhaps my grandmother is finally rubbing off on me. :D
I am content with trying another week where I stick to both weeks goals and see how I do with keeping up the routine. I hope everyone is doing well on their goals as well and thank you to everyone that has been messaging me and encouraging me these last couple weeks. You've been a wonderful inspiration to keep going.
