I am so very sorry for your loss. We all missed you here. I do know what it's like to lose a loved one--many of us do. And it's hard to think of ourselves and taking care of ourselves when we are grieving. But remember that you can honor her memory by being the best Carmel you can be--the strongest you can be. Your own success and victorious approach to life can be a testament to your love for your sister. By loving the body God gave you and help it become healthy and fit you give honor, not only to God, but to all who are with him in heaven--including your sister. And remember that when you feel down, we're here for you. But not only us here on SP, but all your loved ones who are looking down on you and sending their blessings on you. With so many supporting you in spirit, you WILL succeed. So be strong and know that you are loved.

Thank GOD I can finally see this! When I came by last week, your page was locked up tighter than a chastity belt! I am so sorry that you have had this loss. It's just too cruel to outlive others that you love so very much.

We, as a family, are bracing ourselves for the eminent loss of my mother's sister who has been battling ovarian cancer for the past 6 years. Good think she is tough old broad, otherwise we would have lost her a long time ago.

That face staring back at me from your page is certainly getting thinner and thinner, and I hope that is not depression that is making you lose weight. Keep up the good fight, which I should just call a food fight and get down to brass tacks on this... eat what you need to get through this... but not the Almond Joy, Pizza and Wings and other crazy stuff you showed us in your binge video last year. I still hoot and holler when I think about that blog. I so have had days like that and know where you are coming from.

And if it makes you feel any better, I fell off the sober wagon, got under the wheels, picked up the wagon and am now carrying it on my back while I have a bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey sitting next to me. But moderation in all things, lovely. It's all about moderation. When I climb back on that wagon, keep a bench warm for me!

I love and adore your heart and you are my sister in soul. Hugs and love to you and your ENTIRE family. I am proud of you.

    Love and hugs, Angela
