Refer to early blog: LAST 5 WEEKS OF P90X (round 1)! "MY CHALLENGE"

Did P90X (Day 65)--Plyometrics (oh and I pushed hard!)

MY CHALLENGE (today-Wednesday):
Did 50 Burpees in 7:36.4 (up 1:19 from Monday... Yes I was lazy... Lol)
Ran 1 mile in 9:00 (Ran entire mile at 6.7mph and down 42 seconds from day 1)
Did P90X (Day 66)--Back & Biceps with Ab Ripper X

I weighed in this morning because I felt way better after lots of water and herbal tea yesterday. Back down to 168.2! Water retention stinks. But I'm feeling great! I had a craving last night for chocolate and I gave in (purposely) and only put myself out 220 calories. I didn't eat around it. Instead, I considered it and decided to allow it so I still only ate 1700 calories for the day and I'm very proud!

Tonight, I'm going to a comedy show! I'm very excited! Only water for this girl though. And again I'm happy with that:).
