The munchies

I'm having a little trouble with the munchies today. I have found my hand in the cereal box a couple of times and had a few bites of trail mix. I have managed to keep it within my calorie allotment but I think I need to concentrate on putting more calories in my meals rather than snacks and i think I should go for better choices with my snacks. It is hard to break old habits.

    I usually don't crave a lot of things but this past week every time I see something chocolate I want it!
    I'm like you I dip my hand in the cereal box from time to time. Maybe we should put something different in the box like bananas...

    Try planning your day for meals & snacks, I to have this problem.

    Be sure to eat foods high in protein, protein keeps you fuller longer!
