I will keep on exercising every day and to watch what i eat as well. I have a person calling me thru ohp (health plan) to see how i'm doing an suggest things like am i getting 35 grams of fiber a day to drinking 8 glasses of water making sure that I am eating enough veggies and fruit a day. I do get enough exercise a day even when i break it up into inkerments of 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
