Hi So I weighed myself yesterday and was down one. 179 lbs now
I realized that when I am busy I don't think about what I am eatting, and I have been very busy.
But if I could stop , think, then eat, I think I would make better choices,so that is what I will do this week
one lb down is better than one up
small steps in the right direction better than small in the wrong
