Looking forward

This weekend marks the annual trek up north to Redfield, NY. There is a retreat center there that our church youth group goes to. I haven't been able to go in a few years due to pregnancy and now the baby. But my husband and my kids go.... I get the weekend "off". Except for lil guy... But I can handle that. We can eat off paper plates, paper towels, use paper cups.... Granted most of my cardio come from cleaning up after three named above.... But ahhhhhhhhhhh emoticon
I am really finding motivation and good energy from the whole running/walking thing with c25K program. I use my Wii fit to track my minutes.... The cheap pedometer I bought last summer doesn't count steps anymore. My cousins husband runs every morning, yesterday he posted he ran 13 miles! How in the world can a person do that!? My goodness, if I had that much time to myself, I would either go stir crazy or find something much more enjoyable to do. Granted he loves and lives to run! He is a Navy recruiter, so he has an important job to do.
I have noticed that my jeans are falling down with just about every step! emoticon
But cannot quite fit into the next size I own. Muffin tops are for the kitchen, not for wearing under a shirt, lol. JMO, of course. Two pair of workout pants ( ok, everyday yoga pants) fall off me as well. I am scared to be excited, because I put weight on so stinkin easily! 5 more pounds until I finally reach a goal. Then I get to have my hair cut! First time in over a year!!

I wish I could find my camera charger.... I found a blog where a young women post several pictures of her journey and found them most motivating! Not that I really want my junk out there, but hey maybe it could help motivate someone else. After three children and abdominal surgery the day after last baby was born, leaves some mommy scars best not advertised. emoticon
