Goal for the Week: Eat More Breakfast and Less Dinner

I almost did this increase in morning calories yesterday, but my dinner was a little heavier. In all fairness though, I usually work out before dinner, and that can spikes my appetite. However, that doesn't change the fact that I eat less during my first meal. Does eating a snack two or three hours after balance that out? I'm not sure.

Anyway, that is my goal for the week, to eat more first, possibly the most out of all the meals.

I hope you all have a wonderful work week! Life week! Health week! Thank you for all of your support. I realized the other day, I am eight months into Spark, and this time, time is flying by fast. More importantly, I wouldn't have gotten this far without you all. ;)

    You are doing fine don't worry about how much you eat in one meal or the next. Thank you for being their for me with out you i wouldn't be able to do what i do everyday.

    I would like to know if increasing breakfast and lower dinner amount makes a difference.

    You're overthinking it. Just hit your calorie goals for the day. If you do it in one meal or 8 meals, it doesn't matter.
