Took a couple days off

I didn't track food the last couple days. I didn't eat anything too out of the ordinary. I didn't overeat. I just wanted to appreciate my holiday weekend and not worry about tracking.

It is business as usual tomorrow. I have my meals planned out. I made a new dish of whole wheat spaghetti and veggie sauce. I am looking forward to trying it. It smelled really good right out of the crock pot.

Back to work tomorrow. Kinda wish my weekend could be longer.
