Still working at the same job. I sent out some resumes and got one call but didn't go anywhere. So just waiting to see what happens.

My eating is doing much better. Think part of my problem that week was hormones. Thankfully it didn't last too long!! haha This perimenopause sucks!! royally!! And rather than share more info than anyone cares to hear about I'm just going to stop there. lol

Exercise is going great. I've even worked up to 3 miles in an hour on the treadmill! Huge for me! Still averaging 5 days a week and I'm pleased with that.

Challenging myself by registering for a 3k walk in February. It's around my town so hoping that helps me but I'll admit I'm freaking out about it. I've never done any kind of walk or run. Sooo as crazy it sounds after that statement I registered for a 5k color walk in June! omg!! What am I thinking??!! lol There is a group of us local ladies that are going, one of which is my workout partner so that'll help. I could really freak out about that but I've put it on the back burner til after the 3k.

And how interesting is it that biggest loser tonight has the contestants running a 5k!! They are talking about how the hardest part was the mental part..how true!

emoticon You will be so happy when you complete the 3k and 5 k.

I have only done one 5k walk, but it was a real thrill when we did it. I went with my sister, niece and one of their friends. We were practically the last ones to finish due to stopping to take a photo, but we didn't care! My sister and her daughter were members of WW.

emoticon On your 3 mile treadmill work outs! I need to dust mine off and get started again.

Don't stress the 3K or the 5K. It just sounds daunting, but you'll kill it! I freaked out when my friends registered me for my first one; kept saying "I can't do it, I can't do it" but just remember the goal is to finish. Don't worry about your time!

Way to go on the treadmill! I'm still at 2 mph. Back when I was going to the gym in 2008/2009, I worked up to 3 mph and my goal is to get back there again.
