Starting week 2 BLC...

Our theme for week two is Back to the Future. If you could go back in time, what would you tell your teenage self (both about weight loss and about life)?
I don't have too many regreats in life. One would be my weight. I know it is not healthy and it could cost me my life. I think when I first started putting on weight I didnt have too many choices in life. I worked 60-80 hours a week, 40+ of those were at the Waffle House. Plus I was a college student. I ate most of my meals at the Waffle House. So in 6 months I put on a lot of weight. Then I was happy with my now DH and he didnt seem to care.
I just cared about getting through school and work. I thought, studidly I had my whole life ahead of me to get the weight off.
How stupid. By the time I was 30, my liver felt the effects. My family still have no clue, why would I tell them. I don't tell people in general. It sounds so gross, Fatty Liver Disease.
So, I think I would go back in time and tell my high school self the dangers of food.
I never seemed un healthy, I could workout, I have never had an issue with high blood pressure or anything like that.

This year I would like to get re-focused. I have taken the past few years off and that wasn't a smart thing to do...

F: Food: This is the most important part of your weight loss. You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Track every bite for 100 points and stay within your calorie range for another 100 points, max 200 points/day

U: Unleash your Inner Child: Post a GOYBAD on your team chat thread and do at least 3 for 100 points
